The staff here were really helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our stay, our room was comfortable with a nice view and fresh towels, and it was in a convenient location near Heathrow airport.

Confusing address issue with the wrong house number. Lack of good customer service when dealing with a problem during the stay.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, the apartment is wonderful and close to the Underground, and the room is warm and cozy, making it perfect for a short stay.

Altogether a very good choice in the best possible and comfortable setting. 10 min walk from Angel underground station. Attentive and responsive staff, the best attitude. Fairly quiet room, with fresh towels.

Spacious, clean, and well-furnished apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The furnishings were modern and cozy, and the whole place was impeccably clean. We especially loved the large windows that let in lots of natural light.

The noise. While the soundproofing was quite good, there were occasional disturbances from the street and nearby construction.
